I’ve been drinking Crio Bru, nearly daily, since it started here in Utah in 2010! I love it! I make all kinds of recipes, hot and iced, mostly iced tho. My fav is this Iced Crio Bru recipe and I make it all the time!
What is Crio Bru?
IT’S NOT COFFEE | IT’S CACAO: Roasted, ground, and brewed like coffee, Crio Bru Brewed Cacao has flavor and aroma of unsweetened pure dark chocolate. Instead of coffee bean grounds, it’s 100% pure ground cacao.

I’ve tried a lot of their flavors but I stick to mostly Ecuador & Ghana, light and dark roasts. I’ve enjoyed the Chocolate Chocolate, Mocha, Pumpkin Spice laminated edition, and many more, but I always go back to my two favs.
My Fav Iced Crio Bru Recipe:
- 1 C Ice
- 3/4 C Chilled Crio Bru
- 1/2 C Milk (I usually use Coconut Milk)
- 1/8 C Sweet Cream Creamer
- 1/4 C Chai Tea Concentrate
- 1 Pump Vanilla Syrup
- 1/2 Pump Caramel Syrup
- Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
- Whipped Topping
Layer in order and you’ve got a yummy iced chocolate drink! This is my goto recipe all year round!
I’m a 3 drink hoarder, I usually have an Iced Crio Bru, Swig mug with a dirty Diet Pepsi and a water bottle, sometimes I’ll even have a juice or gatorade. It’s a thing with me. haha!
