30 DAY CONFETTI LIST
Goal: Create a 30 Day List that celebrates YOU, your life, your quirks, and the fabulousness of midlife.
(a twist on the popular gratitude list. this month is all about gratitude for yourself in the form of a confetti list.)

Instructions
- What’s a Confetti List? Explanation below.
- Complete one activity per day
- Write it in a journal, notebook, or your favorite planner
- Optional: share your wins with your friends, your squad, or your online community
Bonus: Table a long bubble bath with candles, guilty pleasures, charcuterie board, tv show (waterproof your device), music, and whatever else makes you feel loved! Don’t have a tub? Sit in your shower and pretend you’re in a rain forest! You deserve it!
- Name 3 things about yourself that are totally badass
- Write a thank-you note to yourself for surviving life this far
- List 3 things you do better than anyone else (yes, brag a little)
- Say out loud: “I’m fabulous and I know it” — repeat 5 times
- Order a delightful indulgence for before bed. Mine will be Chocolate.
- List 3 ways your body amazes you daily
- Write a mini love letter to yourself (keep it cheeky)
- Post a fun selfie and caption it with a confident #confidencevibe
- List 3 things at home that make you feel amazing
- Write about your favorite guilty pleasure (Netflix, chocolate, shoes… no judgment)
- Pick one corner of your home to spark joy — tidy it, decorate it, celebrate it
- Write down 3 small things that made you laugh this week
- Appreciate 3 things you never thought you’d love about midlife
- Make a list of 5 indulgences that are totally allowed this month
- Celebrate your favorite creature comforts (wine, candle, cozy socks…)
- Send a sassy thank-you text to a friend who’s been your ride-or-die
- List 3 people who make your life sparkle, and make you feel alive
- Reflect on a time someone underestimated you and you crushed it
- Plan a mini midlife adventure with your spouse/bestie (coffee date counts!)
- Write a playful thank-you to your partner, ex, or pet for making life interesting
- List 3 ways you’ve turned drama into laughter
- Shout out someone who inspires you — maybe even yourself!
- List 3 things you want to try this month (even if it scares you)
- Write about a risk you took recently and rocked it
- Name 3 adventures from your past that make you grin
- Write a thank-you to your body for keeping you fierce
- List 5 moments this week where you felt unstoppable
- Reflect on how far you’ve come in the last 5 years
- Plan a mini “just because” celebration for yourself
- Write a sassy love note to your future fabulous self
- Celebrate YOU: Look back on your confetti list, everything you’re proud of this month
Keep it playful, no guilt allowed
Confetti List
A “confetti list” is a fun, playful way to celebrate your wins, joys, and little victories — basically your own personal confetti moment on paper. 🎉
Instead of a boring to-do list or journal reflection, a confetti list is:
- Short, colorful, and celebratory
- Anything that sparks joy or pride — big or small
- Written in a way that makes you smile when you read it
Examples for a midlife gratitude confetti list:
- “I wore my favorite shoes and felt fabulous”
- “I laughed so hard I cried at brunch with my friend”
- “I finished that book I’ve been putting off”
- “I tried yoga for the first time and didn’t fall over (much!)”
- “I treated myself to chocolate just because”
Basically, it’s like throwing mental confetti on your achievements, no matter how small, so you can see all the awesome in your life.
